What one thing will get you an entry-level job in private sector?
## English aka your communication skills.
English is the global business language. In India as per various reports not more than 10% of the population can speak & comprehend English language.
So, if you are well conversant in English you are 90% through in any interview.
## Aptitude Test & other tests.
They are bogus tests in the sense that they are just a means to eliminate non-serious candidates. All engineers get trained in computer languages after they join. One is just expected to know the “elementary & basic definitions” (until & unless the company is paying 8LPA or more).
Else, think what is the use of aptitude, reasoning in job?
So, remain positive & even try to negotiate for better salary if you have exceptional communication skills.
## Possible Mistake.
The mistake that majority of the newly graduates make is that they think that they have got the job because of their “potential”. And hence, become lax. But the realities are that candidates who are “skilled & as per industry demands are not available”.
So, even if you fetch a job- keep learning. Else, your job is at risk.
