Certainly for the fulfilment of your dreams you cannot sit back & wait for great teachers, mentors & people to appear into your life who can help in expanding your limits.
## Expanding Your Limits.
It’s a continuous & life-long process. No matter what new heights you reach; you will still face many challenges that requires you to act with courage & faith.
Some people are lucky to have very strong support system in their lives in the form of mentors, teachers & friends [not included family as it obvious :)].
Life becomes stagnant without the presence of any one of them.
If friends are missing then who will demand from you:
* भाई, IAS बनो, फिर पार्टी करते हैं।
* कुछ पैसे इकट्ठा करो फिर बिजनेस शुरू करते हैं साथ में।
* अबे, तू कुछ बड़ा काम कर।
* अरे, रिस्क ले, हम हैं ना कुछ गडबड़ होती है तो?
If teachers are missing then who will:
– correct you
– who will show you the path
If mentors are missing then who will:
– guide you when you fail
– say, ” Try this…it might work”.
If family support is missing then:
–where you will look up to when you run into serious & devastating problems.
I have been fortunate. There has always been someone who reminded me “you are doing good” & to be brutally honest that has kept me going amidst all the insecurities & the risks I have taken.
It’s unimaginable what my life would have been if they didn’t showed up.
## What happens when they show up?
It’s electrifies & energises you to the core. It acts as a catalyst. It forces you to set higher goals for yourself.
It’s always a pleasure to receive appreciation from wise, esp. someone who had served as SQN LDR.
I remember, I too wanted to join one of the services- Army, Navy or AirForce but destiny had something else in store for me.
I have always been motivated by the spirit of sacrifice & dedication to work of Armymen.
May be life had something else in store for me but I CAN STILL ADOPT THE SAME spirit of sacrifice & dedication to work in my day-to-day life.
P.S. Special thanks to Sqn Ldr Kamal Chaudhary, MP LS (4 times), Ex Chairman Defence Committee for reminding me of the spirit of Armymen. It was like re-visiting the past & re-committing to one’s goals & dreams.
With Great Love,
Er. Amit Yadav
