What is the real cause of failure of once great relationships?
It is the loss of sense of “gratitude” with time. We feel great to be in a relationship initially. But with time we stop valuing them.
We fail to appreciate “acts of kindness and affection”. So, don’t trust your memory when it comes to relationships.
Keep refreshing how “due to the presence of someone” your life is more lively and exciting.
Value and appreciate the tiny acts of kindness in relationships. Be caring and affectionate. Whenever you engage in conversations appreciate how long you have been with that person.
If someone adds value to your life by supporting, helping and encouraging you then you too should reciprocate the same.
-Make a call to your close friends.
-Ask how they are doing in their life.
-Plan out picnics and outing together. (*nothing else can make you more relaxed and peaceful).
>At the back of mind.
You must always keep at the back of your mind how great your journey of life has been due to “that” person. It makes conversations more touching & lively. Each moment spent shall be divine if you follow the above advice.
