Getting burnout is normal in entrepreneurship.
If you are new to entrepreneurship then don’t feel bad if you get burnout.
Initially it is difficult to manage time, resources & people.
>You will get lost
No doubt amidst managing people, resources & money you will lose track of “yourself”.
Entrepreneurship requires the founder to be multi-tasking. Some are naturally born entrepreneurs while others develop it along their journey.
For successful start-up or company you have to get better at people’s skill.
So, you will struggle a lot in your first encounter with entrepreneurship.
>It will be hard
Days will be hard. Sometimes, it could be dip in sales. Other times it could be getting turned down by investors.
>Grabbing the opportunity
In order to grab the opportunity sometimes you will have to work overnight. You will have to stay active throughout the day despite sleep-deprivation. Opportunities will keep on hitting you and you won’t be in a situation to let them go. So, you will need to work relentlessly.
>You will get lost.
After few weeks of hard-work you might feel void. For that take rest. Take an off of one or two days so that you can rejuvenate yourself and get back to work with focus and high energy-level.
