How to get up in the middle of the night?

It happens at times that we plan to get up at 3 am or 4 am, but we fail miserably.
Sometimes, we feel tired after returning from college or job.
The only option left is to have dinner and sleep.
If you have some pending work, at least once you shall think,”Yaar 2 bje uth ke kar lunga”.
That almost never happened?
Here are some ways to get up in the middle of the night and start your work-


If I wake up in the middle of the night, I check messages and notifications on fb.
Before going to sleep, I send messages requesting “Guest Blog post” for my blog, or may be Book Copy to be reviewed or simply building connections.
So, it is very likely that I receive responses.
When I see those responses, it fills me with an excitement and to good extent I can force myself to get up and start working.


Tell a friend to wake you up at whatever time you wish to get up.
But the sad news in this case is that the possibility that you shall wake up and start working is not high.

-Leave “Something” special

Before you go to sleep; leave doing something in the middle that you love the most.
Like you wish to have a coffee, let’s say its 10 pm then bring a pack of milk and keep it.
No need to make and drink coffee right now.
Just go to sleep.
Now, if you wake up at say 2am, it is most likely that you would make a coffee and drink it.
That’s it!
You are awake.
You can now do what you wish to do.

Isn’t it exciting to get up and do your stuff while everyone else is sleeping?
